1. Put 500g pasta on to boil in salted water 2. Melt 25g butter in a pot on low heat 3. Add 3Tbsp flour to butter and mix thoroughly 4. Add 1.5C of milk and whisk the flour until no lumps remain 5. Turn the heat up to medium-high, stirring constantly until the sauce starts to thicken – if it goes super gluggy and too thick then just stir in more milk 6. Turn down to low heat again and add 1C grated cheddar cheese and stir through until melted 7. Strain pasta and mix sauce through DONE!
